Postage and Handling

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders cut-off time is every Tuesday at 11:59pm. All orders received before this time will be sent the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders received after the cut-off time will be sent on the following Monday.

  • Plants will be sent bare rooted without pots or potting mix. Please click on the Plant Care page to find out how to care for your new plants.

  • Plant colour and size: Colours, shapes and sizes of succulents change throughout the season due to maturity, age, temperature, sunlight exposure and other factors. Plants may appear slightly different, ie dry, wrinkled, and smaller when received due to delivery process – drying before packing and travel time. Please ensure you follow our Plant Care tips.

  • Combine orders: Please be aware that unfortunately we are no longer able to add extra plants to your order or combine multiple orders to be posted together. If you place multiple orders it does not mean they will arrive together.

  • Order issues: if you have any concerns or complaints please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order via email. Please include clear pictures and your order name and number. Any emails received after this timeframe will be disregarded.

  • Shipping cost: All orders are sent out via Express Post with a flat shipping rate of $15.95. Tracking information will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive your parcel on time according to the tracking number date, please contact Australia Post either by phone or website application to lodge an investigation. Please note that once it leaves our hands there is nothing we can do.

  • Wet Weather: Plants cannot be sent out during wet weather periods as they need to be dried and packed properly. As some plants are rare or mature, they cannot be replaced off the shelf easily and we do not want you to be disappointed by receiving damaged stock. Please allow a few extra days during wet periods.

  • Plants damaged, lost, or delayed in transit do occasionally happen. We cannot be held responsible for any parcel once it is in the hands of Australia Post.

  • WA, TAS or NT: Unfortunately, we cannot post to WA, TAS or NT due to government quarantine restrictions regarding the importing of live plants.

  • Pick up and Nursery Visit: Pick up is also available. Julie’s Garden Emporium is situated at 7 Churchill Street, Goulburn NSW 2580.
